Nick Langewis The men's restroom in question became famous when it was discovered that on June 11, 2007, Senator Larry Craig (R-ID), a continued opponent of equal marriage rights and "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" supporter, had been arrested there by an undercover police officer under suspicion of "lewd conduct." Senator Craig ultimately pled guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge on August 8, 2007.
