As PageOneQ previously reported, DeJesus, 41, met two other men on a vacant property Sunday night. The three proceeded to disrobe and engage in gay sex acts in the back yard, prompting neighborhood residents to call the police. DeJesus and 31-year-old Francesco Autera were arrested, while a third party, naked, fled on foot.

DeJesus and Autera were charged with public lewdness, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

DeJesus, a "well-regarded educator," said he had "made a mistake" when asked for comment Monday. He was not available for further comment, nor was the New York Archdiocese.
